He did the Engineering, Design and Drawings quickly and professionally. The plans were easy to work from during construction. What I appreciated was his ability to carry the project efficiently through the City bureaucracy with minimal time required on my part. Overall the experience with Toros was excellent.

What an exceptional group TB REAL ESTATE DESIGN is! I’ve hired TB on several occasions throughout the years and each time my expectations were met and surpassed. From the initial talks on how I want things, all the way to and through the permitting process, all seemed like a breeze. Nearly, 7 years ago we hired Tony to design and build a bathroom for my ADU. So pleased with his services we hired him again 2 years later to design and build a gazebo in my backyard. Results! Off The Charts, blew me away. Thank you again Tony! Toros’ architectural knowledge and services was a great help for me building my new house. I learned that it’s a long process which involves many steps, therefore I’m thankful how Toros was there to answer my questions from start until the final inspection and the end of construction. His hours are flexible and it was very helpful for me to communicate with him during non-business hours. Toros’ support was very helpful for me whenever I had issues with construction, city planning and construction. If there was a way to give 10 stars they would deserve it no question.
